Buying from us

BGBM provides product information we believe to be accurate and informative but we are human, so this information should not be taken as gospel.
If after reading through the product information you can't find the information you need to be able to buy with confidence then please email us with your query, we are here to help.
Your order will be dispatched within 48hrs of cleared payment subject to stock availability, we will always contact you in the event of stocking delays or deleted items.
Out of stock items or any delay to delivery will be notified within 48hrs and an offer to cancel offered.
We ship by secure courier or Royal Mail special delivery, shipped goods are therefore covered to their full value.

We do not retain any credit card or other payment information. Any contact information will only be used if we need to contact you to discuss your order. Payment Method

We welcome payment by direct bank transfer, we can also use PayPal but small adjustment fees may be added to allow for currency conversion etc. All prices are inclusive of UK Vat. International customers should contact us first for a non UK vat (net) invoice as refunds cannot be given after the purchase has been processed.

PayPal refund changes....

PayPal has changed its refund policy without consultation and to the irritation of many users. PayPal will no longer refund their fee regardless of the transaction. If we (BGBM Ltd) make an error, we will refund you in full. If you the consumer makes an error in selection or simply want to change your mind we can no longer refund the full transaction amount. We can refund the original transaction but less the paypal fee.
If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer or cheque please contact us.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to change or amend the prices and specifications of all products offered for sale or to withdraw them from our website.

Returns

We want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, but if you need to return an item to us YOU MUST first contact us preferably by email to obtain a returns number.
Once we have sent you a returns notification please return the item to us undamaged in the original packing and we will refund the full original transaction amount in the case of a warranty/damage issue, and the full original purchase amount less any shipping charges in the case of "unwanted" goods. (terms & conditions apply)

Customers returning unwanted goods must contact us and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods from us. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund, and to partially refund or refuse refund if the goods have been damaged.
We send by insured carrier so goods damaged in transit will be replaced and sent to you free of p&p charge.
If you intend to return goods to us as "damaged" we must be notified within 48 hours from the time you received the goods.
If we cannot provide a replacement, a full refund will be given.
Our goods are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. Items that have been altered in any way, damaged by misuse or show signs of wear, cannot be accepted for return. Improperly packed and incomplete returns will be returned to the sender.
The refund, exchange or replacement can only be given once we receive the goods back from you.
We recommend that you send your returns insured using Recorded or Special Delivery Service. Our guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights.

Returns from outside the EU

Please ensure your goods are correctly labelled for customs compliance for return to the UK as we cannot accept customs charges for incorrectly labelled goods.
